About

Mergilo was founded in 2024 around a single constraint: thirty-one pieces, and no more.

The number is the discipline. A closed range lets us hold one standard across all of it - the same attention to material, proportion and construction in every garment - rather than the spread a seasonal calendar forces. New pieces arrive when they are right, not on a schedule.

We work in natural materials: merino wool, cashmere, organic cotton, leather. Selected pieces are made to order, which means production begins when an order is placed rather than against a forecast - nothing is made that nobody wanted.

None of it is designed to announce itself. It is designed to still be worth wearing years from now.

Made-to-order pieces are dispatched as soon as they are finished. Everything else leaves within one to two business days, with duties and taxes already paid. Returns are open for thirty days. Client services reply within twenty-four hours, Monday to Friday - clientservices@mergilo.com.

Making

Small batches, specific hands.

Garments are produced in limited runs, each chosen for a particular quality rather than for scale.

Most pieces are held in small quantities. A few are made to order, where that yields a more precise finish.

What to expect

Delivery. Orders leave within one to two business days. Deliveries typically arrive within five to ten. Complimentary delivery is included on every order, with tracking provided after dispatch.

Returns. Thirty days from delivery, on anything unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all packaging. Return shipping is the customer's. Full terms are in our return policy.
